Hi, I'm Manraj.
I build companies.
What I enjoy is the building itself — the team and the revenue function behind a company, whether I'm starting it myself, joining early, or scaling one that's further along. Currently founder and CEO of Rivals.
Selected work
Building companies, at every stage.
A through-line from a lockdown drinks business to AI compute to competitive gaming: build the team and the revenue, then help it scale. Tap any role for the detail.
Before that: led teams of up to forty at live events, and mentored under the Head of Sports Business at Lewis Silkin.
About
What I like is the building.
I build companies — the team and the revenue function behind them. I like the work at any stage: starting something from nothing, joining early, or scaling a company that's already moving. The domain changes — drinks, AI compute, medtech, gaming — the work rhymes.
I started my first business at eighteen, funded by warehouse nightshifts during lockdown. Since then the best part has been the people — at FluidStack especially, building alongside some of the sharpest operators in the world as it scaled into the hundreds of millions.
